Lots to cover today! All good and exciting stuff so please read carefully!
We will be sending a survey smoke test Today to ensure everything with the surveys goes smoothly. What happens during the test is a small percentage of backers will get their surveys. The feedback from that test will tell us if there are any errors or issues with the survey that need to be addressed before we send it out to everyone. When it comes back with no errors, we’ll be sending the rest out, hopefully by tomorrow!
Pending everything goes well with the smoke test we will send out the survey on March 3rd. You will receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click the link in the email to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email! When the surveys go out, we ask that you complete it as soon as possible so we can make our orders with the production facility. The longer this step takes the longer we have to wait for the product!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys (end of April) and get our final counts. If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email.
1. Upgrading Pledges: You can upgrade your pledge in Backerkit, so make sure to take advantage of those awesome bundle deals! See image below.
2. Shipping Prices: One of the reasons for the long delay in our backer survey has been us trying to nail down more accurate shipping prices for our backers for 2021. Due to COVID19 there have been freight and fulfillment complications worldwide and prices have soared over the last few months. You may notice that there are some variations in shipping prices from what was originally estimated.
3. Updating Addresses: You will be able to update your address until we lock the addresses, which will be right before shipping around August/September 2021. We will let you all know when that is.
4. Credit Cards: Your CC will not be charged until closer to shipping. We will give you a heads up so you won't have any surprises on your statement later this year.
Roll20: Portrait and Token Set
