Our first Kickstarter is now complete but we are far from being done! What Comes Next

We are working on a few projects right now.

Fulfillment Complete!

Hi All!

What an incredible journey this has been! Lee and I want to thank you all for joining us and supporting us from the start! This has been such a nurturing and positive experience and we have learned a lot of lessons along the way. At this point the worldwide fulfillment is complete! This is incredibly exciting and we hope you are all enjoying your goodies!

All of you, our backers, have been crucial in the start of Tome of Summoning, so I hope you consider yourselves founders. You were there with us through the good times and the hard times, and I'm sure you know there have been some hard times these last few years. For that, we are eternally grateful.

This phase of Tome of Summoning is over, but the adventure has only just begun! Your encouragement has given us the confidence to build even more awesome things, limited only by our imaginations! We are all together an adventuring party, and as any party knows, you have to stick together. Stay in touch through our newsletter and social media posts to see more Tome of Summoning awesomeness and you'll be the first to know when the next adventure begins!

Package not received

If you haven't received your package yet, there may be several reasons for that including not completing your Backerkit survey or submitting it after the deadline, among other reasons. Please reach out to me at [email protected] to help resolve this and give me some time to get back to you as I am dealing with a high volume of emails at the moment.

Shipping and tracking questions

Everyone should have received tracking emails from [email protected]. They may be in your spam/junk folder. If you have questions or concerns including damaged shipment, incorrect orders, and delivery requests, please contact our fulfillment partner directly at Customer Service: https://www.qmlogistics.com/contactUs.html This is the best way to get assistance quickly and effectively. They will not be able to assist with product specific questions. Please email me at [email protected] for those.

Damages

During fulfillment we found some defects in manufacturing particularly with the Ebony Tome. These are handmade and some of them did not get the appropriate reinforcements at the rings as some of you have experienced! We are doing a deeper in-house quality control to ensure no further broken Tomes get mailed out. Unfortunately because the fulfillment center is pretty backed up, that might take another couple of weeks. We already have or will be sending out replacement Tomes and assure you that it will not be damaged. Backers receiving a replacement will receive a tracking email once that is ready to be shipped out. If you haven't already, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package with any damages at [email protected] or https://www.qmlogistics.com/contactUs.html.

US/Canada Fulfillment Begins!

Hey All!

I come with incredible news today! It's what we have all been waiting for! Thank you all again for all your patience through this time of unprecedented delays.

Fulfillment Update US/ Canada

Fulfillment will start this week for both US and Canada backers! Packages are being packed up as we speak! Canada packages will be delivered about one week behind the US shipments.

IMPORTANT: I ask that you do not reach out for queries on the shipping status until after the 'Fulfillment Complete' update goes out. We are still in uncertain times with expected shipping delays. I will be closely monitoring deliveries and will do my best to keep everyone appraised of any issues. Lee and I definitely appreciate your patience!

Tracking Packages

Everyone should receive tracking emails from [email protected]. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder. We are expecting these to go out for the US by the end of this week and Canada by the end of next week. Please be patient if you do not receive it in this window mentioned above. 

Shipping questions or concerns

As all the shipments start going out, if you have questions or concerns including damaged shipment, incorrect orders, and delivery requests, please contact our fulfillment partner directly at Customer Service: https://www.qmlogistics.com/contactUs.html This collects some of the information they need to best assist up front quickly and effectively.

Fulfillment UK/EU

For additional orders placed in January 2022, those product have made it to our UK fulfillment partner and are currently being processed. They should ship out soon. Stay tuned for more updates on that.

Fulfillment AU/NZ 

For additional orders placed in January 2022 for AU/NZ region there is a little bit of a delay due to the Chinese new year holidays since your packages will be coming from China and being shipped to Aetherworks. Stay tuned for more updates on that.
