Hi All,
As people are starting to receive their Tome of Summoning we have been getting some feedback and we want to address some concerns.
It has been brought to our attention that the Tome as originally planned is not being able to fit all four of our full reference card and paper mini packs. The quality of our cardstock was increased over production which inevitably made them a lot thicker and resilient than our pre-Kickstarter design. The Tome can still fit all four Reference Card Only packs but the minis make them pretty bulky.
We tested out the new packs in the Tome and it looks like a Tome should be able to hold 2 reference card and paper minis pack at a time. This means that anyone who has 4 reference card and paper mini packs will need two Tomes to fit everything in.
We hope this does not sway you away from what this amazing product has to offer and hopefully doesn't cause too much inconvenience. Although our Kickstarter was open to backers around the world, our e-commerce store is limited to USA and Canada, which means we do not have any additional items or Tomes available outside the USA and Canada at the moment. We are working on a solution to make additional Tomes and Packs available worldwide as soon as possible!
If you are interested in additional items please fill out this survey as soon as possible to help us determine what items are needed worldwide.

Quick update for Australia and New Zealand region!
Australia/New Zealand:
All the products have made it to our AU/NZ fulfillment partner and are being inventoried right now. We should receive confirmation on that any minute! Everyone in these regions should expect an email from Aetherworks this weekend (give or take a few days) to confirm your current mailing addresses! Please make sure to do so to ensure correct delivery! Fulfillment should commence hopefully next week! Wohoo!!

Hey All,
I am sure you all are eager to get the Tome in your hands! We are too!
Here are some updates on shipping per region:
UK/EU/Rest of Europe:
All the products have made it to our UK/Europe fulfillment partner and are being inventoried right now. We should receive confirmation on that any minute! Everyone in these regions should expect an email from [email protected] by the 19th of November (give or take a few days) to confirm your current mailing addresses! Please make sure to do so to ensure correct delivery! If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, like you may be on vacation or won't be home during delivery, please email [email protected] and they would be happy to work with you on delivering at a later date. Fulfillment should commence hopefully next week! Wohoo!!
Asia/Australia/New Zealand:
Freight is expected to reach these regions by end of this month (November) with fulfillment expected for December. We will post another update when the mailing address confirmation email goes out. Please keep an eye out for this email and confirm your current address to ensure correct delivery! More on that closer to the end of the month.
US/CA/ RotW:
Freight is expected to reach the US by end of this month or early December with fulfillment expected for December right now. One of our freight containers is lagging behind which has all our Reference Cards and Minis! We will post another update when the product makes it to the US. Also note that there will be an email sent out before fulfillment to confirm your mailing address. More on that closer to the end of the month.

Shipping Updates & More!

Hello Friends!
Happy Fall! The colors are changing and it's my favorite time of year! Hope everyone is staying safe and keeping warm! We have a bunch of updates for you all today!
Manufacturing
Manufacturing completed mid September close to estimation based on production delays we previously mentioned. All good things to ensure we were staying on top of quality and design. The products are now on multiple freight boats being shipped out worldwide to 45 countries! We are shipping 20 tons of goodies! Thank you for adding weight (literally) to make this project come alive!
Shipping
As mentioned previously, and you may have heard through other sources, global supply chains have been disrupted worldwide causing manufacturing and shipping delays. This in part is due to the pandemic, worker shortages and other aspects that have slowed down delivery and made shipping extremely costly.
As mentioned above, we have completed our manufacturing and most of our products are on a freight container on their way. One of our boats have been delayed and some of our products UK/EU bound have not yet found a boat. With the current state of delays happening it is hard to predict when products will actually hit land and get ready for fulfillment. We are watching everything closely and have an awesome freight forwarding team trying to get things moving as quickly as possible!
Keeping all of the above in mind we are hoping all the goods will be at their respective ports by late November and shipping should begin early December pending no more delays occur. Please make sure to follow these updates or sign up for our newsletter for more. We will do our best to keep everyone in the loop.
Things coming up
Our e-commerce website will be finally ready for a soft launch this week! With that we will also be updating all our pricing to retail pricing so make sure to grab any additional items or gifts at our discounted rates through our Backerkit pre-order store now!
